Using this site

This site is operated by Beverages & Breakthroughs LLC. By using it you agree to these terms. Multiomics Mixer™ and associated marks belong to Beverages & Breakthroughs LLC.

Event registration

• Registration is personal to you and capacity is limited.
• We may adjust dates, venues, or capacity; we'll email registrants if that happens.
• Attendance may be declined or revoked where the code of conduct is not met.

Sponsorship

Submitting a sponsor application is not a binding commitment by either party. Sponsorship takes effect when a written agreement is signed and the invoice is settled per its terms.

Payments and refunds

Sponsorship fees are invoiced per the agreement. Refund and cancellation terms are set out in that agreement. Where events are free to attend, no attendee payment is taken.

Liability

Events take place at third-party venues. Attendance is at your own risk, and Beverages & Breakthroughs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law.
