Using this site

This site is operated by Beverages & Breakthroughs LLC, a California limited liability company. By using it you agree to these terms. Multiomics Mixer™ and associated marks belong to Beverages & Breakthroughs LLC.

Event registration

• Registration is personal to you and capacity is limited.
• We may adjust dates, venues, or capacity; we'll email registrants if that happens.
• Attendance may be declined or revoked where the code of conduct is not met.

Sponsorship

Applying to sponsor, and checking that you agree, accepts the Sponsorship Agreement. That one agreement covers the company for this mixer and any future mixers or packages. You do not sign again when you request another event. Deliverables for each mixer start after we approve that request and payment has cleared, no later than 7 days before that event.

Payments and refunds

Sponsorship fees are invoiced after approval and must clear no later than 7 days before the mixer. Refund and cancellation terms are in the Sponsorship Agreement. Where events are free to attend, no attendee payment is taken.

Liability

Events take place at third-party venues. Attendance is at your own risk, and Beverages & Breakthroughs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in California.
