When you register for an event, subscribe to the newsletter, apply to sponsor, or contact us, we collect the details you provide: name, email, organization, job title, and anything you write in a message field.

How we use it

• To run the event you registered for, including confirmations and logistics.
• To send newsletter emails, if you opted in.
• To respond to sponsorship and contact enquiries.
• To understand aggregate community composition for planning and sponsor reporting.

What we never do

We do not sell attendee data, and we do not share attendee contact details with sponsors. Sponsors receive aggregate figures only — role mix, organization types, headcount.

Retention and your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time by contacting us. We keep registration records for as long as needed to run and account for the events you attended.

The site uses only what is needed to function. If we add privacy-respecting analytics we will say so here.
