Code of conduct

These are professional gatherings. Harassment, discrimination, and aggressive sales behaviour aren't welcome. If something feels off, find a host — we'll handle it, and we can ask someone to leave.

Photography and recording

Photos and short videos may be taken at mixers and used to promote future events. Tell a host if you'd rather not appear and we'll keep you out of the frame or remove the image.

Accessibility

Venue accessibility details are listed on each event page. If you need an accommodation — step-free access, seating, dietary needs, quieter space — contact us before the event and we'll arrange it.

Alcohol and age

Mixers are 21+ where alcohol is served, and ID may be checked at the door. Non-alcoholic options are always available, and nobody has to drink to take part.

Health and cancellations

Please stay home if you're unwell. If we have to cancel or move an event, registrants are emailed as early as possible.
